Corporate seminar: why a single day deserves complete photo coverage
A successful corporate seminar often blends very different moments within the same day: work, team building, informal networking. That’s exactly what BMAX covered during a seminar in Cannes in June 2022, spanning the Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes, a boat trip to the Lerins Islands, and an evening at the Carlton Beach Hotel Club and Spa.

A day with several distinct moments, one single report
The seminar covered by BMAX in Cannes unfolded across four distinct sequences: a networking moment at a bar restaurant where employees reconnected after two years marked by COVID, a morning work meeting at the Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes, a boat crossing to the Lerins Islands for team sports activities, then an evening at the Carlton Beach Hotel Club and Spa.
Each of these sequences has a different visual register: formal in the meeting room, dynamic on the water, convivial in the evening. A photo report covering the whole day tells a complete story, rather than a series of isolated shots.
What good seminar coverage brings to a company
Seminar photos are rarely used on the day itself: they feed internal communication (newsletters, intranet), the company’s social media, and sometimes recruitment materials, by showing a living company culture. According to a LinkedIn Talent Solutions study (2024), corporate posts showing authentic team moments generate on average 3 times more engagement than purely institutional posts.
For a company organizing a significant-budget incentive seminar, having complete photo coverage also helps justify this investment internally, by concretely showing what the event brought to the teams.
Timing, cost, coverage area: your questions
Can a photographer follow a seminar over a full day across several locations?
Yes, that’s precisely the point of a full-day booking: following the group from one location to the next to maintain visual consistency across all sequences.
Does BMAX only work on the French Riviera?
BMAX works throughout the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region and more broadly across Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, including corporate events in Cannes, Nice or Monaco.
Can video coverage be added alongside the photos?
Yes, a short video capture can complement the photo report for a keepsake edit or an internal communication video.
What to remember
A successful corporate seminar tells a better story with a report that follows the whole day. See our full report of the seminar in Cannes and the Lerins Islands and our coverage of the BTP 04 Awards.
