Institutional Video for H2P: Capturing 60 Years of Social Housing Mission in Haute-Provence
How do you sum up 60 years of public service in a single video? That was the brief Habitations de Haute-Provence (H2P), a social housing organisation part of the Groupe Habitat en Région, brought to us for their General Assembly on June 10, 2026. The result: an institutional video that delivers both impact and authenticity.

The Brief: Marking a 60-Year Milestone
For six decades, H2P has carried out its public interest mission across the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department (04). Building, rehabilitating, maintaining, supporting, and innovating: behind these action words are dedicated teams making social housing a daily reality.
For this landmark General Assembly, the need was clear: an institutional video that unites, values employees, and sets the course for the organisation’s next decades. Not a cold corporate film. Something genuine, rooted in people and territory.
Our Approach: Real People, Real Missions
A successful institutional video isn’t built on the script alone. It lives in image quality, editing rhythm, and the ability to show real people on screen without artifice.
For H2P, we worked closely with the management and communications teams before filming began. Understanding the organisation’s DNA took priority. The values written in a brochure are a starting point, not the finish line – the real material is found in faces, locations, and the everyday work of the teams.
The production was crafted for a high-impact reveal moment, in front of all of H2P’s stakeholders gathered for the anniversary event.
Why Institutional Video Is a Long-Term Asset
Unlike a commercial video (designed to sell) or an event reportage (documenting a moment), institutional video is built to last. Once produced, it becomes a multi-use asset deployed across years and channels:
- Screened at internal events (general assemblies, seminars, award ceremonies)
- Shared on social media to strengthen employer branding
- Embedded on the institutional website for partners and candidates
- Sent to local elected officials, funders, and strategic stakeholders
According to Wyzowl’s 2025 Video Marketing Report, 89% of marketing professionals say video delivers the best ROI of any content format. For mission-driven organisations, this tool also becomes a powerful internal engagement driver: employees see their work recognised, and partners understand the organisation’s project through concrete images.
H2P’s video has already been shared on LinkedIn, receiving strong engagement from teams and the Groupe Habitat en Région network.

Timeline, timing, coverage area: your questions
How long does it take to produce an institutional video?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks from brief to final delivery. This includes pre-production, filming (1 to 2 days depending on scope), editing, and revision rounds. For projects tied to a fixed event date, we adapt our timeline accordingly.
When is the right time to commission an institutional video?
Major anniversaries, leadership transitions, strategic pivots, or large internal events are the most common triggers. It’s also a highly effective tool for building credibility with local authorities, funders, and institutional partners.
Does BMAX work outside of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence area?
Our local roots in the 04 department are a genuine advantage: we know the territory, respond quickly, and don’t carry excessive travel costs. We also work across the PACA region and beyond for the right projects.
What this video brings to H2P, and to your project
The H2P 60th anniversary video is a clear example of what thoughtful audiovisual production can accomplish for a mission-driven organisation. It puts teams in the spotlight, tells the story of decades of commitment, and lays the communication groundwork for the years ahead.
If you have an institutional video project, a company anniversary, or an event worth capturing in professional video, that’s exactly what we do at BMAX.
